Located at junction 55 of I4 crossing Highway 27. The $500 million, mixed use development at Interstate 4 and U.S. 27 is being built at the former site of Baseball City.It will be accessed by tree-lined boulevards and feature a mix of brand-name retail shops, high-end boutiques, offices, destination restaurants, one or more five -star hotels, multifamily homes, pedestrian parks and fountains. ??Currently open are Target, J.C. Penney, Belk, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Staples, Ross, Michael's, PetSmart and Books-A-Million.

The Mercado
Located at 8445 International Drive Orlando (just south of Sand Lake Road junction). The fine retailers at The Mercado offer unique merchandise you´ll not find elsewhere. Designer clothing and accessories, Key West-inspired products, one-of-a-kind artwork and much more can be found in the shops and boutiques - dozens in all, which line The Mercado´s quaint cobblestone walkways. You can locate items you've not been able to find any place else.
