This property exceeded our expectations! It’s so big and spacious and filled with everything you could need and more on vacation! It was easy to get to golf courses, Disney and dining yet still felt far enough away from big City noise! We had the best week and had trouble leaving we fell so in love! It’s a 10/10 recommend for any vacation you have planned! The host thought of everything from TVs in every room, to all kinds of things to do at the pool, and pool tables, games and more! We loved it and cannot wait to come back!

Very spacious rental. The kitchen area was top-notch; plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The pool area is bigger than most rentals and very well-maintained.

This villa is perfect in every way. We have stayed in several villas over the years. Our go to was a villa on Watersong, which unfortunately was sold. So we stayed at others on gated developments in the area. We always were drawn back to Watersong. When we found this fantastic house we booked it. We weren’t disappointed. It surpasses the original villa we stayed in. We visited for the 1st time in December 2025, we had such a great time we came home & booked it for a 2nd time in June 2026. Again, we had an amazing stay. The villa has everything you could wish for & more. It is spotlessly clean. The outside space is huge. Our biggest decision most days was where to sit, as there are 2 dinning tables, a huge sofa, loungers & even rocking chairs! In terms of location it conveniently situated for the theme parks & the outlet malls. There is a publix supermarket close by & several restaurants. Richard & Nicola are amazing hosts. They kept in touch throughout our stay & made suggestions that enhanced our stay. Our 2nd stay & it won’t be our last! Don’t think about it book it

This villa is amazing! It's extremely clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area is top-notch for relaxing and enjoying the day. I booked this because my daughter was playing in a softball tournament nearby. I asked the host if there was a folding chair I could bring to the games. There wasn't but he went out of his way and ordered a chair for me that was waiting when I arrived! How accommodating is that? I can't say enough about the property and host. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Don't hesitate to book this villa...you won't be disappointed!
